We are located on 40 acres in central NY state. Our farm name came from our family namesake. We are not a large kennel, we only let our girls have 1 litter per year. We have chosen to raise labs as we love the breed. We raise them in our home, with lots of love. Everyone in the family has their part in loving and socializing each and every puppy. We take pride in raising quality family pets with exceptional temperaments. Our labs are english standard, extremely friendly with kids and all our other animals. Our goals are to better the breed and raise a lab that is of the utmost quality and will be a part of your family.

Our Expectations and Recommendations |

A lab needs lots of love, understanding, exercise, their own place and space in your home, to become the all around Labrador. Our labs have double coats, blocky heads, and can weigh up to 85 lbs. Please be sure when making a decision to purchase a lab puppy from us, you are well aware of hard work, time and patience. It is always well worth the effort. We recommend crate training. Finish all required vaccination programs. Spay / Neuter. Simply to love the puppy as a part of your family for many years. Keep in contact and be notified if the family has an inability to keep the puppy, re-homing is an important part of a breeder's responsibility. We encourage puppies to be introduced to their families between 8 and 12 weeks, to start the bonding process. We ask many questions to our prospective buyers, please don't be offended, as each puppy is raised as if it was to be our own. A puppy application is required. Please click on the

Our puppies come with AKC limited pedigrees, unless other arrangements are made. They usually are ready to leave mom around 8 weeks of age. We let them stay with mom, to learn socially and grow with her. We do take deposits to reserve one for you, reservations are taken in order, a colored cat collar is placed on your puppy to be sure of yours. Puppies with a deposit are expected to be picked up by 9 weeks of age, if not, deposits are not refunded and puppy is placed on the availability list. Payments accepted are cash, Paypal, or visa / mastercard. Total for puppies including deposits are $500-$650. All puppies will be wormed, have up to date shots and come with a bag full of gifts and their AKC certificates. We do not ship puppies. Visitors are kept to a minimum until their first vaccinations. Visiting our farm is encouraged, but we ask you have an appointment. Occasionally we have an older lab available, so please check with us often. Email us for more information, and when our next litter is expected.
